This week’s topic is: How I Choose a Book Title

This is actually really hard for me to write about because I’m not sure it is something that can be explained. I’m actually really good at coming up with book titles. Usually the title will reveal itself through writing. I’ll often come up with a good line in the book that I can tweak into a title. Sometimes I will write a book or story after coming up with an amazing title.

I recently did have a small issue coming up with a title for a series. I had several options picked out, but wasn’t sure which one was best. So I put the list up on Facebook and got feedback. After getting some responses and talking about which ones were better and why, I came up with a series title I’m really happy with.

I really wish I had more advice or insight on this topic.

What about you? How do you come up with a title? Let me know in the comments.
